Arsenal has completed the signing of Kieran Tierney from Celtic on Deadline day for a reported fee of £25m.
Arsenal agreed on a deal with Celtic for the Scotland international player on Wednesday and have paid a record transfer fee for a Scottish player.
Arsenal made a bid of £15m for the Celtic defender but was rejected by the Scottish club, the last bid was finally accepted by Celtic on deadline day of Premier League transfer.
Tierney had been a top transfer target for the Gunners this summer window and he will wear the number 3 Arsenal jersey.
The 22-year-old Scotland international player won five Scottish Premiership titles with Celtic, he made 40 appearances in all competitions for Celtic last season.
Tierney became Arsenal’s fifth summer signing, after the signing of Nicolas Pepe (Lille), William Saliba (Saint-Etienne), Gabriel Martinelli (Ituano) and Dani Ceballos (Real Madrid, loan).
