Real Betis has completed the signing of Borja Iglesias from Espanyol.
The 26-year-old Spanish striker has put pen to paper to finalised his move to the Estadio Benito Villamarin after the Andalusians put an offer of just over 28 million euros on the desk.
Real Betis will pay the transfer fee for three instalments, the transfer moves totally worth up to 28.14million euros.
Iglesias came through Celta Vigo, the forward made a name for himself at Real Zaragoza, where he scored 22 goals in 39 appearances before Espanyol splashed 10million euros to sign him, making him their club-record signing.
Iglesias made 37 appearances for Espanyol and bagged in 17 goals following only Iago Aspas in LaLiga Santander’s list of Spanish scorers last season.
