Tottenham are likely to make two loan acquisitions permanent, according to Fabrizio Romano, with €80 million due to be committed in agreements for Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero.
Spurs signed both players on loan this season, and it’s fair to say they’ve been hugely impressive additions for the north London club, with Romero proving a rock-solid addition in defense since joining last summer, and Kulusevski adding quality and creativity to Antonio Conte’s midfield since arriving in January.
Tottenham fans will be relieved to hear Romano’s update on the two, with the club reportedly ready to sign both players permanently for what appears to be a cheap €80 million…
Tottenham will sign both Dejan Kulusevski and Cristian Romero on a permanent deal. Spurs will invest around €80m total fee for two players who are considered key part of the project for present and future. ⚪️🤝 #THFC
Antonio Conte's also very happy with Romero and Kulusevski.

This appears to be excellent business by THFC, and it will no doubt make Conte very happy, although he may still need some convincing regarding the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium idea.
The Italian strategist is used to dealing with the top players in the world, and he will undoubtedly be as demanding in terms of transfers as he has been in his past teams.
This, on the other hand, sends a strong statement about the Spurs’ resolve and would be a very solid start to the summer.
